The Place to Stay on Your Last Night in Tokyo
4/29/2016As I said in previous article, there are 3 options to go to Narita airport to catch your early morning flight. Which options are you going to take?
To save your money/time, are you going to sleep in a midnight bus or lobby of Narita airport? Or, are you going to stay in a capsule hotel?
I know a good ways to save both, your money and time!
That is… Oedo-onsen in Odaiba, Tokyo.
There are many good reasons to recommend!
Reason 1: You can enjoy your last day in Tokyo as long as you want until you get sleepy.
The last train goes to Oedo-onsen (the name of closest station is Telecom Center, Yurikamome line) departs at 0:30 am from Shinbashi station.
Reason 2: It is cheap, no needs of bookings for onsen.
If you reserve and buy a morning bus ticket to Narita airport (depart at 3:40am/5:20am, 900 yen per person) in advance, they charge onsen fee only 1200 yen (600 yen/child).
You can stay untill the bus departs. The Onsen fee includes uses of towls and yukata.
Reason 3: They have large lockers for suitcase/luggages.
You can store your souvenirs easily.
Reason 4: There is a place to experience Japanese festival.
Enjoy it with your family and friends!

There are restaurants and souvenir shops, too.
Reason 5: They have sleeping area with tatami.
It should be more comfortable than the couch of airport.

We recommend OOEDO-ONSEN for your last night because of above reasons. You will save your time & money.
Moreover, you can experience Japanese culture such as yukata, tatami, Japanese foods, and onsen.
